The Peacock and the Peahen at Sublangka
The peacock spreads his beautiful tail in its attempt to attract the uninterested peahen.

They are two different species. The male is a Green Peafowl and the female is a Indian Peafowl. Hybridization is one reason why Green Peafowl are endangered in Thailand. It must be stopped!
